Kathryn J asked:

I have become increasingly sensitive to caffeine. I still need that little “boost” in the morning though. I also enjoy a nice warm beverage, such as tea before bed, but I have to be careful how much caffeine it has, because it will affect my sleep. I’m looking for something with the least amount of chemicals or radiated decaffeinated teas. Any suggestions?

I’ve been very tired for the past 2 weeks. I have had about 7 hours average of sleep at night. I don’t drink coffee to keep myself awake and I don’t use caffeine pills. I am not stressed out at the time being and my health is perfectly fine. So what’s your diagnosis for me?
I see your point in changing the diet. I haven’t really changed much about it. Not the amount I eat, but more of when I eat dinner. I try to eat dinner earlier so I can have more time to do more things.

I’ve heard that if you drink coffee it takes about seven hours for caffeine to really take effect. That’s why it’s not recommended after 2 P.M., because it can affect your sleep. And if you are sleepy, a cup of coffee will not help.
