Mike D asked:
A few years a go I read an article that answered this question but cant seem to track it down. The bottom line was that the body can only use some x amount of caffeine in an hour, anything more than that was destroyed by the body.

What chemical triggers that in your body? Like, I know caffeine makes you hyper and stuff but I want a more detailed chemical and biological answer.

mykidsrcuter asked:
How long does the caffeine from chocloate more specifically stay in your breastmilk?
I’m not sure if all caffeine is the same or not , but how long should wait feed my son after eating a couple pieces of chocloate? He is kind of a sensative baby when it comes to what I eat ( has gas if I eat vegetables). I just don’t want to upset him or his stomach. I just need to know if anyone knows the time I should wait or if I need to pump and dump after eating chocloate? Thank you

Caffeine is not something I ever use unless it is used for exercise performance, and it works tremendously (unfortunatley I took it too late so here I am), but I am worried about growing a tolerance to it and I definitely do not need to have any type of physical dependency. What would be a safe dose and time length between intakes of caffeine? Educated answers please. I have already researched the pros and cons of taking it so no need talk about that.

Mr. Kei asked:
Is there an average? Does caffeine lose its strength the longer coffee sits in the cup?
