Caffeine and acne

I start drinking coffe in may, and my acne start D: , I have stop drinking and well I think is a little better.

I’ve noticed I’ve broken out with caffeine, so I’ve cut out all caffeinated beverages and food. Unfortunately, I still break out. So it’s permanently stuck in my jeans & I’m stuck in my jeans as well!

I stopped drinking any caffeine beverages during the summer for quite a long time. During this time, my acne was somewhat minimal. Now that I’ve been drinking it again, it’s returned – so I’m going to quit and see. I still stick with my regimen.
I’ve found that too much coffee irritates my skin, not sure why, maybe because it elevates blood pressure levels. However, a small cup a coffee a day is seems to be fine and give me that little extra boost. So, like they say, too much of a good thing can not be good for you.
