What to do with an 8 hour layover in Manila airport?

Some airlines such as Singapore Airlines allow you to pay a 1 day fee to use their lounge. While at the lounge you can shower, eat, etc. However I am not sure when their lounge opens or if they have one in Manila. You can visit Philippine Airlines’ lounge or Cathay Pacific if they have one.
