Is there a way to delete my cafe from cafe world on Facebook?

I think this works,
1) Search Cafe World on Facebook
2)In the results, select the application.
3) When the page appears, scroll down past the fans list. There will be 3 options:
a)Remove application
b)Contact developer and
c)Report application.
You’ll know what to do after that!

you can leave the applications for 60 days without open it and it will automatically remove
