im not kidding i used to be addicted to starbucks and i was like, im not going to waste my money today
instead of cutting caffeine out of your life all at once, take it out a little at a time. if you really like soda, get some without caffeine.
Just slowly drink less and less each day. Let’s say that you drink a coffee in the morning and three sodas in the afternoon. For the first few days, cut back on a soda and drink something else like juice or water. After you get used to that somewhat, cut back on another soda. Just keep the chain going until you can resist caffeine. You shouldn’t just quit all together at the same time, or else you’ll have withdrawal and feel like crap for days. Just slowly let off a bit each day.
