a.of course you must have a place
b. business permit from DTI you must submit a business name
c. after bussness name in DTI
e.barangay permit
f. health permit
g.mayors permit
after that you will get a TIN # in BIR then go to a printing press for your receipt at least 5 or more booklet
First, you have to secure a barangay clearance, then apply for a business permit. Getting the said permit means you have to register your business trade name with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Other processes follow while securing your business or mayor’s permit, depending on the ordinances of the city where you plan to put up your business. Mostly is you have to apply for a Social Security System (SSS) and PAGIBIG identification numbers for your business and to register with Philhealth.
