yep, i have been working 3 yrs and almost every day i face the computer. Some people told me to look outside at the greenary things, like trees…for awhile
its good for your eye. but i always failed to tht. too busy too look out. now my vision is quite bad.
Yes your eyes will get blurry. Not usually when looking at the computer screen but rather things that are far away from you. You spend so many hours staring at things that are a few feet away from you so the muscles in your eyes that are used to adjust to far away things get weakened so naturally from a constant 12 hours on the computer you become near sighted.
You should try wearing anti glare glasses! They really do help. I used the computer a lot at one time and felt my vision was affected. i got my eyes tested to be told i had to wear antio glare glasses. So try them because they really do help!
