And another question, would a Cafe au Lait taste as good iced? Would it taste similar to an iced latte? Never tried it and never seen an iced cafe au lait on a coffee shop menu.

To be honest, besides that, there is no real variant. They’re both made of milk and grinds.
I don’t know if it would taste good but I want to assume it wont. A strong coffee that’s iced? It already sounds nasty.
A latte is 3 ounces of espresso and steamed milk. A cafe au lait is half brewed coffee and half steamed milk. The drinks are not really the same, because the cafe au lait has less of a milky taste and the coffee used to make them are different. An iced cafe au lait is just half iced coffee and half cold milk, so any coffee shop could do it.
