I dont see it on the nutrition facts?150 calories.I always felt as though i eat healthy when i eat there. Then one day I got home and realized a turkey spinach sandwich had over 52 grams of fat!!!
i fell off my chair.so now i only eat soup and salad and watch the dressings.
i would say the caffine is regular amount it doesnt seem to stimulate me very much.Very tastey though.
Ps now i noticed panera only puts half of sandwich fat grams on there someone must have gotten on to them…so watch the portion size.Makes fat grams look a lot less.

I couldn’t find specific information on their website, and if you want a specific number, you should probably contact them.
From what I could tell from the Starbucks pamphlet I read recently, cappuccino and latte products have considerably less caffeine than their pure coffee counterparts (of the same size / volume), because they are less concentrated.
My guess is that 20oz of chai latte would have less than 20oz of chai tea. Unfortunately my pamphlet was from Starbucks, and I don’t have it anymore to check the caffeine content.
…
Actually, I just checked the Starbucks website. Their 16oz (Grande) Tazo chai tea latte is 100mg of caffeine, their Grande coffee of the week is 300mg.
