I work at a cafe I’m part owner of and I bake once a week, what are some good, sell-able, quick pastries? I only have a few hours (5 or 6 tops) to knock out about 6 different projects, so I’m looking for some easy, tasty things to sell that will look pretty enough to sell without taking a whole lot of time.
Currently I make scones, brownies, cakes, pies, specialty cookies, strawberry oatmeal bars, basic vegan chocolate cake, banana bread, etc.
It looks like a lot when I write it all down (I’m omitting some things), but I get bored (and so do customers) if it’s the same things every week.
What would you eat if you were jonesing for a baked good??

You could get some puff pastry and make some chocolate swirls with it? (twist it up or plait it and then when it’s cooked drizzle chocolate over the top) or if you want a savoury product do the same but with cheese instead of chocolate.
Carrot cake, the type that gets the buttermilk pourover sauce a lil while before its done baking, its so moist, and pineapple upside down cake baked in a cast iron skillet.
